Path to Consulting!

Driven by a passion for system design, integration, and engineering in processing, packaging, and automation, our founders established Ananya Manntrana in 2016 to provide innovative solutions and services supporting global food processing companies, OEMs, and project houses with excellence and commitment.

Ananya Manntrana draws on decades of experience and expertise, beginning with:

- 1993: Foundation laid at Nichrome Metal Works, Pune; gained early exposure to customer engineering challenges and packaging technologies.

- Expertise developed through key roles at ITW Signode and BOSCH Packaging in Key Account Management, New Product Development, and Project Management.

- Established and scaled packaging machinery and food processing business for Heat & Control in India.

- Led system integration projects across Asia for a renowned Australian processing and packaging systems company.

- Held global leadership roles at QuEST Global and served as Country Manager – India for Symtech, managing extensive brownfield, greenfield, and capital projects for blue-chip clients across India and Asia.

“Ananya” means “Unique” in Sanskrit; “Manntrana” stands for “Consultation”. Together, the name reflects our mission: to deliver unique, customised consulting services to global clients in food processing, packaging and automation.

We addressed product-display challenges for supermarket aisles. Developed packaging solutions ensuring all product faces are visible and quantities can be customised per location. Delivered a bespoke system for flexible secondary and end-of-line packaging.

Innovative Chocolate Line

We engineered a chocolate production line minimising moving parts. By utilising robots and autonomous vehicles for transport and processing, eliminating conventional conveyors, we delivered a highly advanced, decoupled system for chocolate production.

Market Entry Strategy

We assisted a European OEM in entering the Indian animal-protein market. Conducted in-depth research and developed a cost-efficient, growth-oriented strategy. Delivered a plan enabling long-term business development and sustainable market expansion.

Snack Packing Line Automation

We integrated small-pack snack lines leveraging machines from emerging-market OEMs. Automated the full packaging process to achieve minimal per-pack cost. Delivered a model line designed for future scalability and enhanced operational efficiency.
